Little Heart, Gentle Moves
(Baby Massge - 5wk - 12m)

A gentle, nurturing class where parents learn massage techniques to soothe and bond with their baby. Baby massage can ease digestion, improve sleep, and support healthy development, while giving parents a calm and loving way to connect.

Benefits for baby & parent:

  • Eases colic, gas, and tummy discomfort

  • Supports deeper, more restful sleep

  • Encourages healthy growth and circulation

  • Builds trust and deepens parent–child bonding

  • Boosts confidence in caring for your baby

Designed for mothers and their little ones, this class blends gentle postnatal yoga for mum with bonding practices for baby. Movements help restore strength and release tension, while songs, stretches, and touch foster joyful interaction with your baby.

  • Relieves tension in shoulders and neck

Parent & Teent Tots
(1 -3 years)

An engaging class full of playful yoga poses, songs, and movement that encourage your toddler’s natural curiosity. Together, you’ll build coordination, balance, and focus — while strengthening the parent-child bond through shared laughter and mindful play.
